Description
The STSTM1061 is a low power voltage detector with factory-trimmed voltage thresholds in 0.1V increments from 1.6 to 5.5V. It features ±2% voltage threshold accuracy, operating voltage from 0.7 to 6.0V, open drain output, low supply current of 0.9μA (typ), guaranteed OUT assertion down to Vcc = 0.7V, and power supply transient immunity.
