Description
SN74HC27DRE4 Overview
The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a SOIC. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Total terminations are 14. This part is equipped with 3 functions that will greatly enhance the user's experience. In HC/UH, this chip plays an important role. An injection of 14 pins is performed into the body of the part. There are many applications for this logic device, mounted at Surface Mount. Please refer to the datasheets for 14 pins functions. As the part is in a quiescent state, it has 2μA current flowing through it. There is a standard Gates logic device here. A total of 3 circuits make up this device. There is 50pF load capacitance on the part. There is a method TAPE AND REEL in it that is designed for the industry. This chip has a 5V volt operating supply voltage. When the device is operating in a temperature environment higher than that of 85°C, it should be turned off. Test statistics indicate that the part would operate at -40°C degrees Celsius. normally, users should not supply the device with voltage higher than 6V. The lowest voltage the part should receive is 2V. Current output is rated at 5.2mA.
