Description
The SN65LVEP11 is a differential 1:2 PECL/ECL fanout buffer. It maintains known logic levels when inputs are open, with the Q output defaulting low when the input is open or at VEE. The device supports clock frequencies over 3.0 GHz and has a typical propagation delay of 240 ps. It is dropin compatible with MC10LVEP11 and MC100LVEP11, and is LVDS input compatible.
