For packaging, it is used with Digi-Reel?.H bridge is included in the 40-PowerWFQFN Module package as a cost-saving measure.With the 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.In Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.Motor driver H bridge works normally at -40°C~150°C TJ's operating temperature.This tool is useful for a number of applications, including Synchronous Buck Converters.Using Surface Mount, the board is mounted.In addH gateion to Bootstrap Circuit, Diode Emulation, Status Flag, H gate has the following specific characteristics.40 pins is used as pronged contacts as H bridge ic of a signal interface.Based on its base H bridge ic number of SIC778, more closely related H bridge ics can be found.The power supply pins and the output pins are conducting a current of 40A.It is equipped with 1 outputs.
