Silicon Labs SI8251-IQ

Description
The Si8250/1/2 is a single-chip, Flash-based digital power controller that supports both isolated and non-isolated applications. It enables new system capabilities such as adaptive dead-time control for higher efficiency, nonlinear control for faster transient response, self-diagnostics for higher reliability, and an SMBus port.
The Si8250/1/2 is a highly integrated control solution that includes a high-speed digital hardware control loop, an in-system programmable supervisory processor, and programmable system protection functions. It is also in-system Flash programmable, which allows control and protection parameters to be readily modified.
