This device produces a maximal reverse leakage current of 500μA volts.There is an average rectified current of 3A volts for this device.The allowable value of forward current reaches 3A.Its current rating is 3A, which is the maximum current that a fuse will carry for an indefinite period without too much deterioration of the fuse element. Thermal resistance is a heat property and a measurement of a temperature difference by which an object or material resists a heat flow, and its natural thermal resistance is 40 °C/W.80A is the maximum value of surge current that can be used.In the datasheets, the peak reverse is 500μA, as indicated by the data chart.
