Description
PTFT1206L0220JV Overview
Into 1206 (3216 Metric) packages, PTC thermistors are put to prevent damage. In order to ensure the safety of these PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to -55°C is recommended. If this thermistor is to work correctly, it must operate at 125°C. Ideally, the thermistor should be able to handle and conduct this power loss without overheating.
