PTFT0603L6800JV Overview
In order to protect the PTC thermistors from damage, they are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. ldeally, the PTC thermistors should operate at -55°C. There must be no temperature above 125°C for this thermistor to function. Ideally, this power loss can be transferred and conducted by the thermistor without it overheating.
