Description
The PT7C43390 is a CMOS IC-bus real-time clock IC that operates with very low current consumption and a wide range of operation voltage (1.35V to 5.5V). It can be used for various power supplies, from main supply to backup battery. The included free registers can be used as a function for user's backup memory, allowing users to retrieve information stored before power-off after voltage is restored. The IC has a function to correct advance/delay of the clock data speed caused by the oscillation circuit's frequency deviation. By combining this function with a temperature sensor, it is possible to create a high-precise clock function that is not affected by ambient temperature.
