In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 30V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 30V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 5nA current.
