PDB-V616-2 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 25V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 25V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 35nA current.
