OPA4137UA Overview
There is a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the General Purpose-type. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tube case. We are approaching the 14h termination of the year. In total, there are 14 pins on this op amp ic. This linear amplifier should be powered by an 15V battery. There are two types of Operational Amplifier op amps in this case, and this device falls into one of them. 14 pins are located on the operational amplifiers. The input offset voltage is 10mV. This electrical part should be mounted using type Surface Mount. In terms of operating temperatures, this buffer amplifier works very well at a temperature of around -40°C~85°C . The buffer amplifier is capable of operating from a supply current of 220μA . It is recommended to keep the voltage gain at 94dB at all times. On the buffer amps, there are 4 channels that can be used. The operating supply voltage of the buffer op amp is rated at 18V. Instrumentation amplifiers are numbered by their MicroAmplifier™ series.

Quad, 36-V, 1-MHz, RRI operational amplifier 14-SOIC -40 to 85
Operational Amplifiers - Op Amps Low Cost FET-Input Oper Amplifier
OPA137 series FET-input operational amplifiers are designed for low cost and miniature applications. In addition to small size (SOT-23-5 and MSOP-8 packages), they provide low input bias current (5pA), low quiescent currrent (220uA/ channel), and high open-loop gain (94dB). Either single ( 4.5V to 36V) or dual ( -2.25 to -18V)supplies can be used. The input common-mode voltage range includes the positive supply--suitable for many single-supply applications. Single, dual, and quad versions have identical specifications for maximum design flexibility. OPA137 op amps are easy to use and free from phase inversion and overload problems found in some FET-input amplifiers. High performance, including linearity, is main-tained as the amplifiers swing to their specified limits. In addition, the combination of high slew rate (3.5V/us) and wide bandwidth (1MHz) provide fast settling time assuring good dynamic response. Dual and quad designs feature com-pletely independent circuitry for lowest crosstalk and freedom from interaction. The single (OPA137) packages are the tiny 5-lead SOT-23-5surface mount, SO-8 surface mount, and 8-pin DIP. The dual (OPA2137) comes in the miniature MSOP-8 surface mount,SO-8 surface mount, and 8-pin DIP packages. The quad (OPA4137) packages are the SO-14 surface mount and the14-pin DIP. All are specified from -40oC to 85oC and operate from -55oC to 125oC. A SPICE macro model is available for design analysis.
