Description
The ONET4291VA is a versatile high-speed multi-rate VCSEL driver for fiber optic applications with data rates up to 4.25 Gbps. It provides a 2-wire interface for digital control of modulation and bias currents, eliminating the need for external components. The device includes an integrated automatic power control loop, laser safety features, and transceiver management system support. It is available in a small footprint 4 mm x 4 mm 20-pin QFN package and requires a single 3.3-V supply.
