Description
The NS150350AST3G and NSV50350AST3G are linear constant current regulators (CCRs) designed to provide a cost-effective solution for regulating current in LEDs. Based on Self-Biased Transistor (SBT) technology, these CCRs regulate current over a wide voltage range. They feature a negative temperature coefficient to protect LEDs from thermal runaway at extreme voltages and currents.
