NOIS1SC1000A-HHC Overview
Safety protection is provided by putting the image sensors in 84-CLCC Window (J-Lead) packages. 5V is the voltage that should be supplied by the image sensors. In order to protect the image sensors, we'll pack them in the Tray. A 1 inch format image sensor is specified. Pins 84 are connected to the image sensor. During operation, images sensors should supply a voltage of 5.5V. Image sensors should be operated at 85°C temperatures. The temperature of the image sensor should, however, not be lower than -40°C.
