Description
The NCP3393 is a controlled load switch with an ultra-small form factor. It features a low Ron MOSFET controlled by an external logic pin, enabling optimization of battery life and device autonomy. The PMOS structure minimizes leakage currents, isolating connected ICs from the battery when not in use. Reverse blocking control is automatically engaged when the OUT pin voltage exceeds the IN pin voltage, eliminating leakage currents from OUT to IN.
