Description
The NBXDBA019, NBXHBA019, and NBXSBA019 are 3.3 V LVPECL clock oscillators designed for clock generation applications. They utilize a high Q fundamental crystal and a Phase Lock Loop (PLL) multiplier to provide selectable 125 MHz or 250 MHz output frequencies with ultra-low jitter and phase noise. These devices are part of ON Semiconductor's Pure Edge™ clock family, offering accurate and precise clock solutions. They are available in a 5 mm x 7 mm SMD (CLCC) package.
