These components have been designed to withstand extreme temperatures, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. They are also JESD-609 Code e3 compliant, ensuring their reliability and performance. With a supply voltage of 1.8V and an operating supply voltage of 1.8V, these components are energy-efficient and can operate at a maximum frequency of 6GHz. Additionally, they are halogen-free, making them environmentally friendly. However, it should be noted that these components are not radiation hardened. With a pin count of 32, these GigaComm™ components are suitable for a wide range of applications, providing reliable and efficient performance.
