Differential 1:21 fanout clock driver with HCSL level output
Optimized for ultralow propagation delay variation
Designed for FBDIMM applications
Accepts differential LVPECL, CML, or LVDS inputs
Singleended LVPECL, CML, LVCMOS, or LVTTL inputs accepted with proper VREFAC supply
Clock input pins incorporate internal 50 Ω termination resistors
Output drive current selectable for 1X or 2X load
Guarantees low outputtooutput skews

Typical input clock frequency: 100, 133, 166, 200, 266, 333, and 400 MHz
Typical rise and fall times: 340 ps
Typical propagation delay: 800 ps
Maximum propagation delay variation per differential pair: 100 ps
Additive phase RMS jitter: 1 ps max
Operating range: Vcc = 3.0 V to 3.6 V with VEE = 0 V
Differential HCSL output level (700 mV peaktopeak)
