NB2309AC1HDTG Overview
In 2005, a new surface mount mounting type was introduced for electronic components. This type, known as Surface Mount, has become increasingly popular due to its compact size and ease of installation. One such component that utilizes this mounting type is the 16-pin integrated circuit with a nickel/palladium/gold terminal finish. This particular IC, which has a JESD-609 code of e4, is designed to operate at a minimum supply voltage of 3V and can withstand a maximum reflow temperature of 40 seconds. It also features a single circuit and uses a clock as its input. However, unlike some other components, this IC is not radiation hardened. Despite this, its surface mount design and reliable performance make it a valuable asset in electronic devices.
