Description
The MN1382S is a CMOS IC designed for voltage detection in microcomputers and other LSI systems. It monitors the power supply voltage and issues reset signals to initialize the system after power-on or prevent runaway operation during voltage fluctuations.
Features
Three-pin element requiring no adjustment
Wide selection of detection ranks (16 ranks from 2.0 V to 4.7 V)
Highly precise detection voltage
Detection voltage with hysteresis characteristic (AVD-50 mV for ranks C to K, AVD-100 mV for ranks L to T)
Low current consumption (Ipp-1 μA for VDD-5V)
Low fluctuation in detection voltage with temperature (1 mV/°C)
