Description
MN13821EP Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -20°C~70°C TA.
