In order to supply this electrical device, a reverse leakage current of 100nA @ 14V is required.A reverse leakage current that reaches 100nA is the maximum.Zener (Nom) voltage is reduced to 18V during operation.As it has a zener current of 7mA, it has a tremendous amount of design flexibility.900mV @ 10mA is achieved when the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) is applied for its operation.This device should function properly at a peak reverse voltage of 100nA.
