MMSZ5235B-TP Overview
To supply this electrical device, reverse leakage current of 3μA @ 5V is required.5% is the maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied.Zener single diode is important to note that during operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 6.8V.In order to operate this device, the working test voltage should be set to 20mA.Zener single diode reaches 3.4mV/°C when the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches maximum.When the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) is supplied for its operation, it reaches 900mV @ 10mA.A reverse test voltage of 5V is recommended for full operation of this device.
