To supply this electrical device, reverse leakage current of 10μA @ 6.2V is required.5% is the maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied.Zener single diode is important to note that during operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 8.2V.In order to operate this device, the working test voltage should be set to 0.05mA.When the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) is supplied for its operation, it reaches 950mV @ 10mA.
