A reverse leakage current of 2μA @ 1V is required to supply this electrical device.2μA is the maximum reverse leakage current.Zener (Nom)'s maximum voltage is reduced to zero during operation.The design is highly flexible due to the zener current of 50μA.900mV @ 10mA is reached when the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) is supplied for its operation.
