Providing this information in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) enables digital switch board space to be saved.The package is packaged in accordance with Tape & Reel (TR).In terms of mounting, digital switch ic uses the Surface Mount method .In the multiplexers, the analog IC is indicated by Decoder/Demultiplexer.The operating temperature of -40°C~85°C will not be susceptible to external factors.When digital controlled switch operates at 4.5V~5.5V, designers are provided with a greater degree of flexibility.Multiplexers of the 74HCT series can be used in a wide range of applications.As parts of its basic configuration, 16 terminations are desgined.To find signal switch's related components, a base part number of 74HCT138 may also be used.The voltage supplied for multiplexer's system is 5V.multiplexer's systemConductors terminate at GULL WING in this design.There is a type of supply Single that is employed in this case.The board is configured with 16 pins.The multiplexer ic is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.The logic switch is a member of the family of HCT.mux switch's normal operation requires the power supply of 5V.This turn signal switch has 8 outputs designed for its operation.In the absence of external influences, it consumes 8μA current of multiplexer ic.The performance of the multiplexers can be reliably maintained at a voltage of 5V.The signal switching is packaged by TAPE AND REEL. 74HCT Series 5 V CMOS 3-to-8 Line Decoder - SOIC-16
The MM74HCT138 decoder utilizes advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology, and are well suited to memory address decoding or data routing applications. Both circuits feature high noise immunity and low power consumption usually associated with CMOS circuitry, yet have speeds comparable to low power Schottky TTL logic.The MM74HCT138 have 3 binary select inputs (A, B, and C). If the device is enabled these inputs determine which one of the eight normally HIGH outputs will go LOW. Two active LOW and one active HIGH enables (G1, G2A and G2B) are provided to ease the cascading decoders.The decoders' output can drive 10 low power Schottky TTL equivalent loads and are functionally and pin equivalent to the 74LS138. All inputs are protected from damage due to static discharge by diodes to VCC and ground.MM74HCT devices are intended to interface between TTL and NMOS components and standard CMOS devices. These parts are also plug-in replacements for LS-TTL devices and can be used to reduce power consumption in existing designs.
