Description
The MIC58P01 is an 8-bit parallel-input latched driver with high voltage (80V) and high current (500mA) capabilities. It combines CMOS data latches with bipolar Darlington transistor drivers, providing low-power consumption and interface flexibility. The device features:
Eight CMOS data latches
Bipolar Darlington transistor driver for each latch
CMOS control circuitry for CLEAR, STROBE, and OUTPUT ENABLE functions
Thermal shutdown, under voltage lockout (UVLO), and overcurrent shutdown protection
