Description
The MIC5800/5801 latched drivers are high-voltage, high-current integrated circuits that combine CMOS data latches, bipolar Darlington transistor drivers, and CMOS control circuitry. They feature:
Four or eight CMOS data latches
Bipolar Darlington transistor driver for each latch
CMOS control circuitry for CLEAR, STROBE, and OUTPUT ENABLE functions
