Ideal for portable electronics
High power supply ripple rejection (PSRR) >60dB
Two enable pins for flexibility
Integrates two 150mA LDOs into a 6-pin, 1.2mm x 1.2mm leadless DFN package
μCap design enables operation with small ceramic output capacitors
Low quiescent current (32μA per LDO)
Stable with 1uF ceramic output capacitors
Low dropout voltage (155mV at 150mA)
Thermal-shutdown protection
Current-limit protection
Internal 250 output discharge circuit (MIC5393)
Available in fixed-output voltages in a 1.2mm x 1.2mm leadless DFN package
