Description
The MIC5370/1 is a dual LDO designed for powering portable devices. It features two independently-controlled 150mA LDOs in a 1.6mm x 1.6mm ThinMLF package. Ideal for battery-powered applications, it offers 2% initial accuracy, low dropout voltage (155mV @ 150mA), and low ground current (32μA per LDO). It can be put into a zero-off-mode current state, drawing virtually no current when disabled. The MIC5371 has an internal resistive load that automatically discharges the output capacitor when disabled. It offers fast transient response and high PSRR while consuming minimal operating current.
