MIC5356-MMYML-T5 Overview
In the case of Cut Tape (CT) cases, the regulater IC is delivered. Packaging of the Liner regulator IC takes the form of a 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 8-MLF® case. The PMIC chip has 8 terminations.
