Description
The MIC5281 is a high-performance linear regulator with a wide input voltage range (6V to 120V DC) and an output current of up to 25mA. It offers ±3% initial accuracy, ultra-high power supply rejection ratio (>90dB), and ultra-low quiescent current (6μA).
