Description
The MIC5265 is a 150mA LDO regulator in a lead-free Thin SOT-23-5 package. It is designed for cost-sensitive applications in portable electronics, including RF and digital circuits. The MIC5265 features low output noise, high PSRR, and an active shutdown circuit for discharging the output voltage when disabled.
