Description
The MIC47100 is a high-speed, low-VIN LDO designed for point-of-load applications. It offers a wide input voltage range (1.0V to 3.6V), a low dropout voltage (80 mV at 1A), and a high output voltage accuracy (±1.5% initial, ±2% over temperature). The MIC47100 is stable with a 1 μF ceramic output capacitor and is available in a thermally enhanced 2 mm x 2 mm VDFN package.
