MIC4422ACM Overview
The MIC4422 is a single channel non-inverting driver with a base part number of MIC4422. It is packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm width) case and comes in a tube packaging. With a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited), this driver can be used in a variety of environments without any concerns about moisture damage. It has a wide voltage supply range of 4.5V to 18V, making it suitable for a range of applications. The rise and fall time for this driver is 20ns and 24ns respectively, ensuring fast and efficient operation. The logic voltage levels for this driver are 0.8V for VIL and 3V for VIH. Please note that this product is currently non-RoHS compliant.
