MIC38HC44YM-TR Overview
There is a ac to dc converter embedded in package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) .Tape & Reel (TR) case is available for the ac dc converter.This AC/DC converter is mounted in the way of Surface Mount .To deliver its performance, the ac dc converter should be operated at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ .The switching frequency reaches 500kHz .Vcc/Vdd can be used within the range of 9V~20V supply voltage.On the ac/dc converter, there are 8 pins.There are no problem mounting the ac dc converters by Surface Mount .If you select the MIC38HC44 family, you will be able to search for similar acdc converters.AC to DC converter is necessary to run 1 outputs.We have set the output current to 1kA .The power AC DC comes with a 8-SOIC case for packing.The maximum supply current is 6mA .By setting the maximum value to 150°C , stability is ensured.Temperatures below [-40°C are not allowed to be used on this isolated switch.There is a maximum frequency of 500kHz .
