Description
The MD1715 is a 12-channel logic controller circuit with low-impedance MOSFET gate drivers. It is designed to work with the TC8020 output stage to form a 2-channel, five-level high-voltage, high-speed transmit pulser chip set. The chip set is suitable for medical ultrasound imaging, piezoelectric transducer drivers, metal flaw detection, and non-destructive testing (NDT) applications.
