The MCP795WXX/MCP795BXX is a SPI Real-Time Clock Calendar with Enhanced Features and Battery Switchover. It features a real-time clock/calendar, crystal oscillator, clock out function, 32 kHz boot-up clock, 2 programmable alarms, programmable open drain output, on-chip digital trimming/calibration, power-fail time-stamp, and automatic battery switchover.
