Microchip Technology offers a versatile solution for PMIC - Gate Drivers with their active and reliable chip. This Through Hole mounted chip has a Moisture Sensitivity Level of 1 (Unlimited) and a Max Power Dissipation of 1.1W. With 1 function and a Supply Voltage of 12V, this chip can handle a Max Output Current of 4A and has a Turn On Delay Time of 60 ns. It is designed as a PUSH-PULL BASED MOSFET DRIVER and does not have a High Side Driver.
