MBR340 Overview
A maximum reverse leakage current of 600μA volts is produced by this device.This device has an average rectified current of 3A volts.The fuse's current rating is 3A, which is the maximum current it can carry without deteriorating too much.Surge currents can be used up to 80A.Datasheets indicate that the peak reverse is 600μA.A diode's breakdown voltage defines the maximum reverse voltage that can be applied without causing an exponential increase in the leakage current, and its breakdown voltage is 40V.
