Description
The MAX9320B is a lowskew, 1to2 differential driver designed for clock and data distribution. It features ultralow propagation delay (208ps), parttopart skew (20ps), and outputtooutput skew (6ps) with 30mA maximum supply current. The MAX9320B operates over a 3.0V to 5.5V supply range for differential PECL/LVPECL operation and a 3.0V to 5.5V supply range for differential ECL/LVECL operation. It is offered in industrystandard 8pin TSSOP and SO packages.
