Description
MAX813LEPA Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 8 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tube model. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 2 channels. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. In a 5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is provided by Through Hole. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. A total of 8 pins are located on this power management. Power managment ic pin count is 8. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.2V for this power management. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Through Hole type of mounting. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The power management's supply current is 150μA. A power supply of 5V watts is required for the operation of this power management. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 500μA at the most.
