The Tape & Reel (TR) package contains it.The packaging is in 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad's style.I would like to inform you that this PoE controller is of the Controller (PD), DC/DC type.A strong/weak channel growth trend has been observed: 1.In order to ensure PoE reliability, it is designed to operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C.This electrical Po E controller operates at voltage 8.7V~60V.According to the base part number MAX5991, its Po E controllers can be founded.A 20 termination involves terminating the transmission line with a power over ethernet controller of the same impedance as the line.It is included in Power Management Circuits.There is a certain temperature that this electrical ethernet power controller reaches during reflow (Cel) of NOT SPECIFIED.A voltage higher than 48V should be applied to the supply.6.6mA reaches its maximum current (Isup).For 4.8mA to perform fully, a supply current must be provided.From 48V power supplies, it operates.
