Description
MAX309CSE Overview
Technology has greatly advanced in recent years, and one of the most commonly used technologies in electronic devices is CMOS. For example, the peak reflow temperature should not exceed 260 degrees Celsius to avoid damaging the components. The operating supply voltage for CMOS is typically 28V, with a maximum supply voltage of 30V. The operating supply current is also an important factor, with a recommended value of 500μA. Additionally, the supply type for CMOS can be either dual or single. The negative supply voltage, or Vsup, is set at -15V, and the maximum current leakage allowed is 750pA.
