Description
Monolithic MOS integrated circuits produced with N-channel silicon gate technology
Available in 40-pin dual in-line plastic packages and PLCC44 plastic chip carrier packages
Single pin controls LED display brightness by setting a reference current through a variable resistor connected to Vpp or a separate supply of 13.2V maximum
