The M4A3-64 is a CMOS technology-based programmable device with a GULL WING terminal form. It is not Pbfree coded and has a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V. With In System Programmable capability, it offers 224 programmable I/O options and has a JTAG BST feature. The internal voltage supply ranges from 3V to 3.6V, and the device has a length of 10mm.
