The ispMACH® 4A series is a surface mount technology (SMT) integrated circuit (IC) that utilizes complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) technology. Its base part number is M4A3-384 and it has a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V and a minimum supply voltage of 3V. This IC has a total of 160 programmable input/output (I/O) pins and its output function is MACROCELL. It also features a built-in Joint Test Action Group (JTAG) Boundary Scan Test (BST) for debugging and testing purposes. This product is currently not compliant with Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) regulations.
