Description
The M48T08STM48T08Y, M48T185 V is a 64 Kbit (8 Kb x 8) TIMEKEEPER® SRAM that integrates an ultra-low power SRAM, real-time clock, power-fail control circuit, and battery. It features BYTEWIDE RAM-like clock access, BCD-coded time and date information, and a typical clock accuracy of 1 minute per month at 25 °C. The device also includes automatic power-fail chip deselect and WRITE protection, software-controlled clock calibration, and a self-contained battery and crystal in the CAPHAT DIP package.
