LTC4417CUF#TRPBF developed by Linear Technology/Analog Devices is a member of 2.5V to 36V prioritized triple power path controller. Fast non-overlap switching circuitry is incorporated to prevent both reverse and cross conduction while minimizing output droop. Start-up inrush current is minimized based on a controlled output ramp feature and External MOSFETs is protected due to the gate driver including a 6V clamp. These characteristics enable this device to provide optimum performance for a wide range of applications, including industrial handheld instruments, battery backup systems, high availability systems, and more.
